You can pay on the spot in cash, by credit or debit card/Bancontact.
You can also pay by bank transfer before the meeting date.

The term “bubble” means closed small spaces for meetings of 2 to 4 people. Bubbles are suitable for confidential discussions. The “boxes” although very acoustic are open but can be privatized.

Certainly. The breakfast you order will be made available in the room by 8h. We can welcome you and your guests from 7:45 AM.

Each room has a flip chart, pencils, notebooks, a telephone and a TV screen. We have in all our meeting rooms: coffee/tea/water.
