The term “bubble” means closed small spaces for meetings of 2 to 4 people. Bubbles are suitable for confidential discussions. The “boxes” although very acoustic are open but can be privatized.

Each room has a flip chart, pencils, notebooks, a telephone and a TV screen. We have in all our meeting rooms: coffee/tea/water.

Each Topos centre is equipped with interactive screens. An interactive screen can be defined as a screen that reacts to the movements of a finger or a stylus. Thus, such a computer device functions like a touch pad.

You can pay on the spot in cash, by credit or debit card/Bancontact. You can also pay by bank transfer before the meeting date.

A minimum of 1 hour at Louise, Merode, Parlement and 2 hours at Schuman. Preferential rates can be granted depending on the number of days requested in your reservation. Please note that rates are doubled at weekends.

Certainly. Our 5 centres have several meeting rooms. You can make a reservation by email or phone. If a centre is full on the chosen date, we will propose you another one.
