Certainly. Our 5 centres have several meeting rooms. You can make a reservation by email or phone.
If a centre is full on the chosen date, we will propose you another one.
When you book a meeting room, we always prepare it for the number of participants you have indicated. Water, tea and coffee will be available in the room. Each room is fully equipped for your meetings to run smoothly.
The term “bubble” means closed small spaces for meetings of 2 to 4 people. Bubbles are suitable for confidential discussions. The “boxes” although very acoustic are open but can be privatized.
Certainly. The breakfast you order will be made available in the room by 8h. We can welcome you and your guests from 7:45 AM.
Each room has a flip chart, pencils, notebooks, a telephone and a TV screen. We have in all our meeting rooms: coffee/tea/water.
