Topos offers free meeting rooms for 2 to 4 people to its clients. Rooms are available upon to reservation at the reception. For rooms with a capacity of 8-10 people, we offer you 15 hours per month. All our meeting rooms include: coffee/tea/water/internet/flipchart/pencils/TV screens.
Yes, it is. When you rent a fully equipped office or a shared office, all taxes are included.
All charges are included in the monthly rent of your office. There will not be any surprise fee. Our meeting rooms and bubbles are available upon reservation. Their pricing starts at 20 € per hour. This includes the room itself, internet connection, drinks, flipcharts and a projection screen. If you are a coworker or you rent a fully equipped office, small meeting rooms are included in your contract.
We can scan your mail and send it to you by email according to your favourite frequency. We won’t forward advertisement mails if you wish. Your original mail will be kept and handed over to you upon your return from vacation.
